Watermelon Tart Submission!
I happened to do my own spin on the watermelon tart for mother’s day from here
Since my mom isn’t fond of actual cake, I decided to make her this instead while adding some apricots and bananas as well to give it a nice summery color. Although the yogurt proved to be a bit troublesome when it came to the sides of the “cake” as it kept slipping down, I’d like to think that this was an overall success and not very difficult either :)
